Filmstacker has the potential to harness the creativity of the next generation of science communicators.
What can an owner and person I’ve added to my team do?
There are three roles for members: owner, producer, and crew. The owner of the account can see and manage all videos and projects within the team. Owners and producers can invite others to be crew. If a person is an active member of Filmstacker, there is no charge to add them to your team. Both producer and crew have access to add and edit videos according to the settings made by the video creator.
Which forms of payment does Filmstacker accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted across all plans. Enterprise plans can also request to be invoiced and pay by check or do a wire transfer of funds.
How secure is Filmstacker?
With 24x7 monitoring, our experienced security team ensures that best practices are implemented on your behalf across all areas of data, network, system and application security. Protecting customer and business data is taken very seriously.
